SWITCH2MOVE en KAMERATA ZUID presenteren: GRIJS GEDRAAID
Voor jongeren is het haast maandelijkse kost: naar een concert gaan. Voor veel ouderen is dit echter geen vanzelfsprekendheid. ‘Grijs Gedraaid’ biedt daarom een uniek programma voor ouderen aan waarbij muziek, beweging, creatie en onderlinge ontmoeting centraal staan. Leeftijd of eventuele lichamelijke beperkingen vormen geen belemmering: iedereen kan meedoen!
Wat is ‘Grijs Gedraaid’? Eerst samen luisteren naar Brabantse liedjes van Gerard van Maasakkers o.l.v. strijkorkest Kamerata Zuid. Om daarna letterlijk in beweging te komen vanuit je luie theaterstoel met Andrew Greenwood. Leeftijd vormt geen beperking, iedereen kan meedoen.
Ter afsluiting is er gelegenheid om samen een kop koffie te drinken en deel te nemen aan een creatieve activiteit o.l.v. Stichting Stoute Schoenen. Niks moet, alles mag!
